I make adult visual novels. Character-driven, choice-heavy, short but dense — the kind where what you pick actually changes something.
Everything ships free and plays in your browser. Every image, every music track and every sound effect is produced on my own machine with local models; all writing and all code are mine.
One month. Two signatures. One thin wall.
You live alone in an apartment built for two. The lease wants two signatures and you have one, so you posted an ad. Nineteen people answered — eighteen described themselves. One asked a question.
His name is Kai. He works from home, keeps his door shut, and moves in on Saturday.
The wall between you is thin. You both know it, and neither of you mentions it that first week.
Ordinary actions stay ordinary. Showering is showering, sitting on a bed is sitting on a bed. Nothing becomes a scene on its own — the game asks, and lets you decline. The meters decide whether an option is available; you decide whether it happens.
Adult scenes are late-game and always chosen. All characters are fictional and adults.

Engine: Godot 4. Asset pipeline: Python. Art from a local SDXL-based pipeline, music from ACE-Step, sound from Stable Audio — all on my own hardware, no cloud services.
The writing is human-written, and so is the code. When a player reports something broken I try to find the cause rather than the symptom: a bug about one shower scene turned out to be showing the wrong artwork in 32 places, and fixing it properly meant fixing all 32.
If you play something of mine, tell me where it lost you. That's the most useful thing anyone can send me.
